By accessing or purchasing from Minimadesk, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. GPL Licensing & Third-Party Products

All products listed on Minimadesk are released under the GNU General Public License (GPL). We redistribute software originally developed by third-party developers. Minimadesk is not affiliated or endorsed by these developers and does not provide license keys or official support.

3. Account Requirements

To purchase from Minimadesk, you must create an account and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and may not share or resell your account access.

4. Product Delivery

Most products are available for download immediately after payment. If there are issues, please contact [email protected].

5. Product Support

We provide support for Minimadesk account issues, downloads, and access. We do not offer product customization or support for original plugin/theme features. Use is at your own risk.

6. Updates & Access

Individual purchases include lifetime access to files we have in stock. VIP Memberships include regular updates during your subscription. If a product becomes unavailable or is discontinued by a vendor, we cannot guarantee future versions.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are only granted if a product cannot be downloaded and we cannot resolve it within 48 hours. Refunds are not available for compatibility issues, buyer’s remorse, or memberships.

8. Membership Terms

VIP plans offer unlimited downloads within fair use limits. Misuse, scraping, or reselling may result in account suspension without refund. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.

9. Pricing & Availability

Product availability and pricing may change at any time. We may add, remove, or update products without notice.

10. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any misuse, including abusive behavior, account sharing, or hacking attempts. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

11. Commercial Use

If you are acting on behalf of a business or client, they also agree to these terms and are liable for any violations.

12. Disclaimer

All products are provided “as is” without warranty. We make no guarantees on compatibility or functionality across all setups. Test on staging environments before use.

13. Limitation of Liability

Minimadesk is not liable for data loss, lost profits, or site downtime. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or membership.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Changes take effect 10 days after being published. Continued use of Minimadesk means you accept the changes.
