1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
Because our products are non-tangible digital goods, all sales are final once a download has been made. By purchasing from Minimadesk, you agree to these conditions.
2. When Refunds Are Allowed
We only grant refunds in the following case:
- You were unable to download the purchased product
- We were unable to fix the issue within 48 hours of your notification
If we resolve the issue or send the file manually, the refund is no longer applicable.
3. Refunds Are Not Provided For:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Product not meeting personal expectations
- Lack of technical knowledge or compatibility with your site
- Missing features that require an original license key
- Membership purchases (monthly, yearly, or lifetime)
4. Product Integrity
All files are scanned, tested, and uploaded in their original format. We only offer GPL-compliant downloads that are unmodified unless activation-free versions are needed.
5. Payment Disputes
If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, your account may be permanently suspended. We’re always here to help — please reach out before taking that step.
